छेड़खानी करने पर इस 'मर्दानी' ने आरोपी को दी ऑन द स्पॉट सजा, काटा प्राइवेट पार्ट

नई दिल्ली: उत्तर प्रदेश के कौशाम्बी जिले में एक युवती के साथ पड़ोस में रहने वाला युवक रोज छेड़खानी करता था. एक दिन जब बात हद से ज्यादा बढ़ गई तो युवती ने आरोपी को ऑन द स्पॉट ऐसी सजा सुनाई कि वो उसे जिंदगीभर नहीं भूल पाएगा. सजा मिलने के बाद अब आरोपी अस्पताल में इलाज के लिए भर्ती है. वहीं पुलिस ने आरोपी युवक के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज कर लिया है. उसकी हालत में सुधार होने पर आगे की कार्रवाई तय की जाएगी.

जबरन घर में घुस गया आरोपी
जानकारी के मुताबिक, कौशाम्बी जिले के सराय अकिल थाना इलाका स्थित एक गांव में वीरेंद्र नाम का युवक एक युवती को पिछले 15 दिनों से परेशान कर रहा था. आते-जाते वो उस पर भद्दे कमेंट करता और छेड़खानी करता.


हाथों में खून लगा देख हैरान रह गई पुलिस
घबराकर युवती जैसे-तैसे घर से बाहर निकल आई और खेत की ओर चली गई. वीरंद्र भी पीछा करता हुआ वहां आ पहुंचा. खुद की इज्जत बचाने के लिए आखिरकार युवती को बड़ा कदम उठाना पड़ा और उसने आरोपी युवक का प्राइवेट पार्ट काट दिया.

घटना के बाद युवती खुद सराय अकिल पुलिस थाना जा पहुंची. पहले तो पुलिसकर्मी उसके हाथों में खून देखकर हक्के-बक्के रह गए. जब उन्हें पूरे मामले की जानकारी मिली तो एक टीम आरोपी को पकड़ने पहुंची और उसे अस्पताल ले जाया गया. पुलिस ने आरोपी युवक के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज कर लिया है. एसपी प्रदीप गुप्ता के मुताबिक घटना की जानकारी उन्हें भी मिली है और वे मामले की जांच करवा रहे हैं.

Uttar Pradesh CM Akhilesh Yadav sacks ministers Gayatri Prajapati, Rajkishore Singh over corruption charges

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav today sacked state Mining Minister Gayatri Prajapati and Panchayti Raj Minister Rajkishore Singh who were facing allegations of corruption.
Yadav was said to be unhappy with Prajapati who was mired in controversy over allegations of promoting illegal mining, while allegations of land grabbing and corruption had been levelled against Singh.

2,000 Khaats For Farmer Meet As Rahul Gandhi Launches UP Campaign

About 2,000 khaats or cots will be laid out at a ground in Rudrapur of Deoria district of Uttar Pradesh to seat participants of Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi's meeting with farmers today.

The "khaat sabha" is part of an extensive tour of Uttar Pradesh that Mr Gandhi begins today, aimed at energising party cadre and informing voters that the Congress is making a real bid at winning the state after 27 years. UP will vote for a new assembly early next year.

The 46-year-old Congress leader starts his 2,500-km "yatra" or journey from Deoria in eastern UP.

"My yatra from Deoria to Delhi starting September 6 is a campaign to secure the rights of the poor, farmers and labourers in government resources," Mr Gandhi said.

He aims to cover 223 of Uttar Pradesh's 403 assembly constituencies over almost a month.

The massive public outreach will see Mr Gandhi stopping in villages for close interactions with farmers, women and youth and for roadside meetings.

A chunk of the yatra will be conducted on foot as Mr Gandhi goes door-to-door in villages collecting a charter of farmers' demands. As he drives through UP, local Congress leaders will join him for his interaction with people and roadshows.

State Congress chief Raj Babbar, who is conducting his own yatra in the state, will be there today as Mr Gandhi launches his campaign, and then will keep dropping in at various points.

Mr Gandhi, the Congress has said, will focus on attacking successive governments of failing UP and being unable to alleviate the backwardness and poverty of India's most populous state.

Critics see shades of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's popular Chai Pe Charcha campaign from the 2014 national election in Mr Gandhi's outreach programme. They have been scripted by the same man - election strategist Prashant Kishor, who is planning the UP campaign for the Congress.

The Congress has announced Sheila Dikshit, 78, as its presumptive chief minister.

In the last UP assembly election, swept by the Samajwadi Party, the Congress had won only 28 seats. In the national election two years ago, it could win only two seats in UP - Congress president Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi were re-elected.

Bulandshahr gang rape could be political conspiracy: Azam Khan

LUCKNOW: Uttar Pradesh cabinet minister Mohammad Azam Khan on Tuesday created a controversy by alleging that a "political conspiracy" might be involved in the gang rape of a Noida-based mother and daughter near Bulandshahr.

Known for bizarre comments in the past, the urban development and parliamentary affairs minister said in Raampur on Monday night that the investigative agencies should explore the possibility of some opposition party being involved in the gang rape.
