BHOPAl: Two girls were injured by official car carrying union health minister JP Nadda, as the later tried to evade protests by medical students at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Bhopal, here on Saturday.
One of the wheels of the vehicle carrying health minister ran over the foot of the two medical students. One of them later fainted on the spot. Both the injured were rushed to AIIMS Bhopal hospital for treatment. The injured were identified as Ijya Pandey and Anjali Krishna and are third year MBBS students. The incident took place at the entrance of the medical college. Nadda was on his first visit to the institute.
