New Delhi: The Supreme Court collegium has suggested the name of senior supporter Indu Malhotra as the principal lady attorney to be straightforwardly selected as a judge of the zenith court, sources said today.
Alongside her, Uttarakhand High Court Chief Justice K M Joseph, who was a piece of the seat which in 2016 had suppressed the burden of President's Rule in the state, has likewise been cleared for height to the summit court.
